Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Include original packaging where applicable

To request a return, please visit our Contact page and submit a return request with your:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Any relevant photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps if your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement item, please contact us through our Contact page and our team will assist you with available options.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Final sale items (if applicable)
